Woo~ Chinese New Year hols have begun~!!! I was so psyched about today because that means I don't really have to stay up late to any more homework *except on the day before we go back to school :P*
Nahh, no way am I gonna leave all my homework for the day before school reopens. That just means I have to pull an all-nighter again, which messes me up because then I can't concentrate in school.
Not to mention my dad's making me drink the stupid chicken's essence.
Speaking of chicken...

Anyways, I was plenty disgusted with myself today. Well, for starters, I completely slept through to six o'clock when I supposed to get up at five o'clock. Why so early? That's cause my dad wanted to leave early and I completely ruined his plans by sleeping in.
He had to come in and get me.
How unlike me, right?

As if that's not enough, when I went downstairs, I had to drink the stupid chicken's essence. Do you know how revolting it tastes?

That aside, packed everything - guitar and all - then went to school.
That's when it happened.
I was reminded by Sausage.
I forgot to bring the Chemistry PowerPoint presentation about one of the contributors to the development of the structure of an atom that was in my thumb drive. Uh huh, I know, right? Bless Sausage for letting me save my presentation in his thumb drive. How? Well, the night before, he asked me to send my completed file over so he could uses it as a guide to do his. Mwahaha. Saved by his request :P
*For all you dunderheads who don't understand, Sausage used the library computer to access the file from his own email*
Anyways, after that, we headed off to class, me very happy that the worst was probably over.
Then my friends in class broke it to me.
We're not supposed to present ONE person, but all FIVE.
I know right? I nearly sliced my throat clean open when I heard that because I certainly did not do five people. Ugh~ not only did I jeopardise my own teammates but I also jeopardised Sausage for giving him wrong information.
That was during Modern Maths.
Which was right before Chemistry, so you could imagine my giddiness when it was finally time. I intended to tell our teacher that I did it wrongly, but she didn't seem to bother when she saw I named my presentation after Ernest Rutherford alone -_-
At first, I thought that Sausage was so damn lucky when his group was picked to do the person he had researched, who was John Dalton. Next was supposed to be about J.J. Thomson and our group was very poorly chosen. Thank God for the person who came out to do their presentation on extra John Dalton info as well as J.J.
So, our group did Ernest Rutherford, who was next in line :)
Mwahaha.
After Chemistry, we had recess, so I went to the canteen. There, people celebrated the farewell of one of our beloved friends, Hanna, and had Secret Recipe cake. I got two slices - as did most other people - but I only took one. Gave the other to Andy who was groaning for another piece -_-
Next was BM and I saw that Danya had gotten a slice of cake as well. Someone must've saved one for her. I apologize for not saving you any cake, Kanga. I'll come out straight and say that I didn't think about it. Sorry.
By the way, you might wanna remember that small slice of cake that Danya was saving for after school. It's kinda important.
Anyways, BM was okay, I guess. The teacher was quite nice, she gave us things to do, but that's all. I also have Penulisan homework -_- bleghh~
Last subject for today was Add Maths and we had lesson with Puan J. Things had started to go haywire again from here on - for Kanga - because she had not finished her homework and kinda forgot what Puan J taught us on Wednesday. But things got a little smoother after that.
Albeit, just when I thought things couldn't get worse, they did. Two prefects came into the class to speak to Kanga and saw that. Aha, I told you the small slice of cake was important.
That's when everything broke out. The Vice President of the Prefectorial Board questioned why nobody tegur-ed Danya for bringing food into class. One of the peeps that got screwed was Wuss so naturally, she kinda burst.
Kanga broke down too, crying. I don't blame her. I would too, after getting it from Puan J then the Vice of my board. Wuss started accusing Danya of bringing food and everything - about how it's always her fault whenever prefects scold them *or something like that* - and Danya couldn't stop apologizing.
Me, on the other hand, had my voice completely stuck in my throat, which really pissed me off because I wanted to say something. I actually wanted to yell, "It's not our fault you decided to be a pengawas," but that would've made things uglier.
And I was probably too much of a coward to say anything.
When other people started to disparate, I decided to do so as well. I figured Kanga would've wanted some time to clear her tears and everything, so I went downstairs.
At the canteen, the Dominoes pizzas were immediately "attended" to :P A few minutes after that, I suddenly had the urge to go to the toilet, so I went to the ground floor one, immediately regretting it because the toilet cubicles were so dirty.
In my disdain, I sprinted up two flight of stairs to the toilets on the second floor, where I found Danya, Kanga, and Cleo.
At first, I thought the atmosphere was really intense because the two of them weren't saying anything and neither looked too happy. Cleo was... the normal -_- Yeah~ I bid Kanga goodbye, reassured her and gave her a hug before she left with Cleo. I stuck around waiting for Danya to come out of the toilet cubicle after that because I knew what was going on inside.
Hello? You just got screwed by not only the Vice President of the Prefectorial Board for sneaking food inside, but you also got screwed by one of your classmates and the other is crying. Danya's a tough girl, but she's got her limits like everybody else.
Eventually, I broke through to her and consoled her - even if just a little bit - and after bidding her happy holidays and giving her a hug, I went back home - escorted by Cleo :P
At home, I bathed, ate lunch, then grabbed an hour's sleep before heading off for tuition at Sean's house. I left at five but class only started at six o'clock because my teacher was not here yet. To "top" it all off, I was only having tuition with Sean because Su's car wouldn't start.
All in all, a very fruitful lesson.
Came back not long ago, ate dinner with my dad then settled down to type this post on my iPad using Pages before transferring it to blogger. It's much more convenient to edit and read everything on Pages instead of straight on blogger.
