I'd never seen someone down so many packets of creamer in my life.

Ola :) This is blogging about the second day of my Tanjong Puteri trip. I ran quite a high risk of blogging about this today since I could easily have forgotten everything, but I was too lazy to blog about it yesterday so...

Here's the second day:

Woke up at 7:20 in the morning. I know, what a surprise, right? Trust me, I would've slept longer, except we had to go for breakfast at 8 o'clock. Joey was hilarious cause she thought it was 7:50 and she literally leapt up from bed and rushed to the toilet. She only found out later that she still had half an hour :P

We went to the same place we went to the night before for dinner. This time, though, I decided I had to treat her. Was a little bit tricky, cause I needed to pass her a message without letting her know it was from me. Luckily, I got a piece of paper from her earlier in the bus. Then, with my pencil, I wrote - in block letters - "BREAKFAST ON ME" signed "-SECRET FRIEND-"

Getting it to her was trickier still. I couldn't afford to just hand it to her then and there. It wouldn't have been convincing enough, so, I got up, went to the end of the table and told them to pass it all the way up to Joey.

My God, the look on her face was priceless. She was like, "Oh my God! She belanja me breakfast! I feel so guilty la! My God, I love my secret friend!"

And I was smiling like an idiot next to her, all the while saying, "Eee, I'm so jealous. Your secret friend treated you."

Of course, even then, I had to hurry and pay for her food because I was scared the waiters would ask her to pay. So, I told them I was paying for her too.

I had the same thing as yesterday, minus the Indian crackers, by the way :P

After that, we left to bowl. The competition was quite tiring, actually. I managed to strike once, though. By the end of everything, our lane had won second place, which was good enough, considering we were mostly amateurs.

We wanted to go cycling afterwards, but then we realized we were only allowed to cycle around the carpark, so we didn't waste our time. We went back to the villa, intending to go swimming. Kiran and Joey wore their swimsuits then we all went to the swimming pool, but when we got there, Kiran had to go off somewhere to do something and Joey got cold feet. I threatened to strip her, but she still refused to go. In the end, Joey, ZaZa and I went to ride the horses at Amigos Horse Riding. We were given some coupons and we didn't wanna waste it, so... :P

It was so cool. It'd been too long since I last rode a horse, and although our horse was pulled by the guide person, it was still nice. I loved touching the horses and listening to them huff at us. I took a picture with them, but using Joey's camera so I think I'll wait till she posts them on Facebook :)

Haha.

After that, we went back to the villa all tired and smelling of horses. Chilled for the rest of the evening till it was time to go out for dinner. We were sick of the mamak place, so our teachers brought us somewhere else this time where we could choose from a variety of shops.

Kiran, Joey, Choy, ZaZa, Aly, Bieber and I went together to McD's where we had a nice and filling dinner. I got those glass meals with the sundae :) Haha. Oh, not to mention we discovered Bieber's love for creamer. She literally took a whole bunch of creamer packets and sat there like a drug addict smoking weed. It was a real sight.

We all had a great laugh about it.

After dinner, we were on the way back to the bus when Kiran decided to get something for her secret friend, so I decided to get something for Joey too. I got her a TicTac and was sure to keep it from her. I even told her that I got KitKat for my secret friend. Then, when she was looking away in the bus, I turned behind to Bieber and told her to give it to Joey and tell her it was from her secret friend.

Joey was both surprised and pleased - I hope :P - to get the sweet. Haha.

That night, I watched all kinds of shows including "My Name is Earl." Was very entertaining and by the time I reached the midpoint of the show, everyone was already sleeping, so I switched the TV off when the show finished. Then, when I woke up at 3 o'clock, two people had vanished from the living room, so I went into the room to sleep, with only a towel as my blanket.

Sad, I know :P

Amazing how much crap surfaces when you go on trips.

Ola. I just came back from my Tanjong Puteri trip with other UBS and school members :) Overall, I think it was really fun and I would've liked to stay longer except I couldn't :(

Lemme start from the beginning, shall I?

I woke up at 6:00, really excited. Bathed, packed last minute stuff, snuck my SP into my Kipling bag and then left to school with my dad. I actually wanted to bring the guitar along, but I figured I'd be biting off more than I could chew, so I left it at that.

Reached there earlier than Joey did so I just walked about. Our school's Chinese Society was having their one-day camp at our school too so I spoke a little to Haylie and even watched a quarter of our performance on Teacher's Day. Haha.

But that day was another bit of drama altogether, so... :)

Anyways, soon after, Joey arrived too. I asked about why E Syn wasn't coming along and she told me that her one of her grandparents had passed on. I murmured my condolences, then waited as the school bus came along, as did all the others that were also going on the trip.

Once in the bus, our teacher briefed us on a game that we were going to be playing throughout the trip called "My Secret Friend." The concept was really interesting and I couldn't wait for the game to begin. It actually goes like this:

1. First, you pick a name out of a plastic bag. You then become the secret friend of the person whose name you picked.

2. As a secret friend, you're supposed to give little presents or gifts to your friend to show that you're watching over them. I guess it's something like being the guardian angel of that person.

3. At the end of everything, the secret friend is revealed.

Yeah, so shortly after we boarded the bus, we all picked a name out of the plastic bag that was handed around. We also had to write our names behind the pieces of paper so the teachers could keep track of whose secret friend belonged to which person.

My secret friend turned out to be Joey.

How uncanny, right? Actually, it's not that she was sitting next to me that she was my secret friend, but the fact that she had drawn her own name when it was her turn. Her name must've been at the top and I just happened to choose her name.

God, you don't know how tricky it was to be her secret friend. First, I had to find another person to say was the person whose name I drew so she wouldn't suspect me. In the end, I just muttered some kind of syllable and she made the name up for me. I told her I didn't know who it was so she made it a point to show me later.

We had our breakfast at one of the R&Rs along the way to Pasir Gudang. That's when I first gave her a gift. We had some pearl drinks. I paid for her first because her wallet was somewhere else, I think, and then we all went to the toilet. When we came out, I told her her secret friend had given me the money for her drink so she didn't have to pay me back.

She was all, "Oh my God, I feel so guilty."

Haha. Hilarious.

Next up, we had lunch somewhere a little before Pasir Gudang. Okay, I can't really remember, so let's just skip that, kay? But I think I got her a key chain around that time and said it was from her secret friend. I told her that since I was always with her, her secret friend must have decided to pass everything from her to Joey through me.

And she believed me.

God, when we reached the villas, at first, I was all, "Ugh, THAT'S what we're staying in?" because the outward appearance didn't strike me as "nice". Puan Song read out all the members belonging to each villa as well as handed out the guest IDs to each villa head. Our villa head was Joey, so she gave us our IDs after receiving them from Puan Song.

The moment we turned the key in the lock and pushed the door open, we were awed. It was SO different from what I imagined. It was air conditioned, it had a plasma TV in the living room, a proper dining room, a spacious kitchen, and a bedroom on the ground floor.

The second floor had ANOTHER living room with ANOTHER plasma TV and THREE other bedrooms, one being the master bedroom. Kiran, Joey and I booked the master bedroom since we were both the eldest and we figured I'd take up a lot of space :P

We shared the villa with some other Form 2s so we all got to know each other. Ch'ng Mun from the Librarian Board was also in our villa, so we were all very friendly with each other. Made friends with two other Malay girls too: Aly and ZaZa. Bieber also shared the same villa so... :)

Of course, not Justin Bieber. I'm referring to the Bieber look-a-like in our school that I'm sure most of my friends know :)

Haha.

We all unpacked our stuff then met up again with our teachers and other students to discuss our dinner and other stuff like that. We soon got prepared to go for our bowling practice. See, we had a competition tomorrow and our teacher got us a free practice session that night so... :) It felt really good. I remember bowling some spares, but no strikes :)

For dinner, we went to a mamak stall. I had a roti telur and an iced Milo. It wasn't too bad. I also had a fried chicken and the Indian crackers that evening.

I actually wanted to treat Joey's dinner that evening as a gift from her secret friend, but she paid ahead of me, so I couldn't treat her anything further on the first day.

Later that night, in the villa, we watched some TV, played some UNO, then went to bed at around 1 something :)

Ola :)

I skipped school today to visit my grandparents up in PJ with my sister and mother. Only my brother went to school. Even so, I woke up at five something to turn my alarm clock off. Took a bit before I finally went back to sleep again.

Haha.

Drank shake in the car, under mom's orders. Upon our arrival to my grandparents' house, my mom, sister, aunt and I went to the morning market to get a few things, namely "lo mai kai."

I got a soya bean drink after all that and my sister got something similar too. But, in the car, my sister commented on how it tasted funny so she didn't finish hers. Mine had the same aftertaste, but I finished it anyway. I didn't feel it was nice to just throw it away.

Played with my SP most of my time there. My sister slept next to me on the bed upstairs. It was heaven. Haha.

Had lunch at noon. It was fantastic. I had fish, kangkung, and some chicken thingymajing. Awesome.

Soon, it was time to leave and we all bade our grandparents goodbye before leaving. Cheh, I could've come back, bathed and gone back to school -_-

So yeah, after I came back, we chilled for a while before my sister went out again to send me to school as well as fetch my brother back. See, I had to go for my librarian stuff as well as practice with Kanga and Cleo so even if I didn't wanna go to school in the morning, I had to go after school.

That's the way I like it :P

The meeting was mostly about what kinda games we want during Teacher's Day and it was alright, I guess. I mean, I, for some reason, became one of the facilitators on that day for one of the groups, and I was going to have to ask them what the heck my role is gonna be on that day.

At four o'clock, I met up with Kanga at 3A where she was still supervising and keeping an eye on her own junior's performance.

...

It was an improvement from yesterday, of course, but...

... Well, let's just say if they can improve as they did today, they'll perfect it in time.

The practice was alright, despite the fact Cleo got held up by her UBS people *looks pointedly at the UBS members* and now, all that's left to do is for Kanga and Cleo to memorize their parts and for me to practice playing whilst standing up.

Haha.

At five, we left and my sister, brother and I grabbed an Oreo McFlurry on the way back. I didn't have much though, cause I shared with my sister and I only took four to five bites.

Sigh~

Thought I would have lesson with our BM teacher today but she couldn't make it. Hallelujah. Haha. So I played with my SP some more after eating mee hoon with curry. Mwahaha.

After that, I was going to lay back, relax and read Marmalade Boy on my iPad when my sister insisted I go buy Ramlee burgers with my brother for her and him -_-

Managed to pull her along, though :P

My parents came back shortly after that and I used my SP a little while longer before making my decision to update my blog :) Yes, I love my blog too much to abandon it now :)

Oh-my-God.

Exams are over.

I'm probably the happiest kid in the block. Hehe. I've been waiting for this day since exams started. Must be the whole "It's not called an exam week anymore, it's called an exam month" thing. Our exams are just taking up too much of our time.

I didn't wanna wake up today. I actually let my alarm ring on and on, not switching it off. Even when the maid came in and woke me up at 6, I didn't budge. Only at 6:15, I decided to get up and get ready for school.

Surprisingly, my mom sent me to the school entrance today. Must be because I brought the guitar today for practice. I'm counting the days down till Teacher's Day, so... Yeah~

Chemistry was alright. It SHOULD be. Kanga, Andyy and I always study a bit before any exam, so we're more or less prepared for every exam in a certain way :P

During recess, I went to the library because I was on duty today. Also, I had to study History, which was the next exam. We wouldn't have time to study after recess because it starts right after, so... Yeah~

Heehee.

Was alright as well, I guess. I tembak-ed a fair few, though :P

The last paper we had was Civic. I know, right? Why the hell would they make that a paper by itself? It's just questions with three bad answers and one good one.

Was so happy when the bell rang for the end of school. I went to the library for my duties till 3 o'clock then headed to the Bilik Serbaguna where Cleo was. Felt quite uneasy to be in the presence of so many UBS members when I'm not one of them, so I decided to go to where Kanga was, since she had my guitar. I also had to plan the mashup we're singing on Teacher's Day, so...

Egad. No offense, seriously, I admire how much effort they put into the dance and everything, but they're not in sync. It's something they have to work on, but I'm sure they'll get it if they practice more and more.

I'm talking about the prefect performance.

-_- But I just minded my own business and set about to writing the lyrics. At 4:30, Cleo met up with us in the classroom and we ran through the song together. I think it's good. Haha. Cheh~ :P No, but seriously, I think it's good. Cleo has to work on the high parts, but we'll get it done :)

At 5 o'clock, I went back home. Ate lunch, played with the SP for a while, then went to bathe before my dad, sister and brother and I went to send Pepper to the vet's for her next injection.

Saw the same ol' dogs as well as some new additions such as two Schnauzers, a mountain dog, and two of the most adorable Siberian Husky puppies I've ever seen. My sister and I actually got to touch 'em!! Whoo~ :P

Anyways, after they bathed Pepper and jabbed her, we went back home. Played with her for a while then I went upstairs. My eyelids were drooping shut and I nearly fell asleep with the SP on my bed.

Went downstairs to book the tickets for POTC tomorrow, but my sister asked me to accompany her to 7 Eleven so I didn't get to finish it. She bought an ice cream and some Japanese rice cake thing before we came back home...

... Where we were told we're not watching a movie tomorrow because my brother and I have school the next day.

The joy, right?

Ugh~
